Oral Presentation

1. Presentation Method and Time

• All oral presenters should deliver their presentations at the site in person.
• Oral Presentation: 10 minute presentation + 2 minute Q&A
• Length of the presentation should be in accordance with your time assigned.

2. Language

The presentation should be in English, the official language of LightSym 2024.

3. Presentation File Format

• Please prepare your presentation file Microsoft Office PowerPoint(PPT) or PDF format. (16:9 aspect ratio)
• Use standard fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman etc.
• Video files should be in WMW, MP4 or AVI format.

• All Oral speakers are required to submit presentation file to the Preview Room at least 1 hour prior to the start of the session.
• The presenters who have applied for the ISHS Young Minds Awards will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee during their presentation to determine the winner.

Poster Presentation

1. Poster Operation Schedule

• The Organising Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

2. Poster Presentation Schedule

Date & Time	Even Number : May 20(Mon), 13:00-14:00 Odd Number : May 21(Tue), 12:20-13:00 * Please check your final poster board number assigned to you.
Location	Emerald Room(3F)
Poster Size	0.9m(width) * 1.2m(height)
Instructions	Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. Text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be legible from a distance of two meters (six feet). Authors are expected to supply their own pushpins or tacks to affix the poster to the board. A small number of pins will be available at the desk in the hall.
